【分享】Facebook Meta Business 帳號被盜的不愉快經歷！A disgraceful experience of Facebook Meta Business account being hacked!

2022年7月12日﹐我的臉書 Facebook Meta Business Account  (https://www.facebook.com/cherryhahaha) 被盜用﹐駭客利用我的企業管理平台刊登色情及違規內容及廣告。 7月13日早上﹐發現問題及收到警告需於30日內要求審查﹐隨即按下「要求審查」﹐等待臉書 Facebook (Meta) 回覆。

My Facebook business account was hacked on 12th July 2022, hackers posted sexual content with my meta business account. Early in the morning on 13th July 2022, I realized my Facebook was disabled, and also noticed that I would have to request review within 30 days, therefore I immediately requested review, and waited for Facebook (Meta) to reply.  

駭客將我和我的工作夥伴的管理員身份移除﹐並加入幾個不知名的管理員﹐然後開始進行刊登廣告操作。
我的廣告帳號被收取費用﹐但完全無法聯絡任何真人客服﹐完全求助無門。

Hackers removed me and my business partner as an admin of several business accounts, added themselves as admin, and started creating Facebook ads. 
My ads account got charged, and I could not get in touch with any customer service representatives.

後來我的工作夥伴以他的帳號尋求協助﹐客服要求我們將整個事件以文字描述﹐並提供身份證明文件以及證明平台擁有權的證明﹐我們於7月14日已全部提交。

My business partner used his own account to seek help, customer service requested a document of detailed incident descriptions, identity proof and ownership evidence of the corresponding business accounts. All of the above documents were provided to Facebook customer service on 14th July, 2022. 

後來廣告費用有被退回﹐而其中兩個企業管理平台已加回工作夥伴為管理員。

After that, Facebook refunded the ad costs, and added my business partner to two of our business accounts. 

朋友再查詢有關本人的個人帳號﹐客服表示需要由本人的帳號去尋求協助。
但由於已「要求審查」﹐每當我再按下"help"﹐只有"change language"和"log out"的選項。
客服回覆如遇此情況只能靜待結果。

My business partner asked about my Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/cherryhahaha) again, and customer service replied that I had to contact Facebook help with my own Facebook account. My Facebook account only showed "review requested", and whenever I clicked "help", there were only options of "change language" and "log out". Customer service replied I could only wait. 

我每天查看﹐仍然停留於「要求審查」的畫面。
要求審查期間﹐駭客仍然以我的企業管理平台帳號在刊登色情及違規廣告。

I have been checking everyday, and no matter what link I clicked, it jumped back to the "review requested" page. While review in process, hackers still creating sexual or illegals ads with my business account.
(Implicit inappropriate content, NOT CREATED BY ME!)

駭客此舉完全影響我的個人聲譽！更有滋擾電郵向我查詢色情藥品！
而我的Facebook專頁亦不停被增添來自越南及菲律賓的新管理員。

The hackers' action were damaging my reputation! I even received enquiry emails with regards to the prohibited drugs.
And there were constantly people from Vietnam and Philippines join my Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/cherryfunghk) as admins.  

絕對的求助無門﹐亦完全無法進行任何操作！
工作夥伴再次以他的帳號尋求協助﹐但客服依舊指出需由本人的個人帳號電郵去求助。

I was totally helpless, and I could not do anything AT ALL!
My business partner once again contacted Facebook with his account, and they still replied that I had to contact Facebook (Meta) with my own account. 

但我的帳號可以只停留於「要求審查」畫面﹐按下"help"﹐亦只有"change language"和"log out"的選項﹐根本完全無法聯絡真人客服。
試問我的帳號被凍結﹐又如何可以以自己的帳號去尋求協助呢？

The following page is the only thing I saw, and whenever I chose "Help", I had only two options of either to "change language" or "log out", and there is not any other method to get in touch with customer service representatives. 
My account was disable, how could I possibly use my own account to contact Facebook Help?

接下來的幾天﹐收到數次臉書Facebook更改密碼指示。
The next few days, I received numerous email from Facebook, asking me to change password for security purposes. 

作了幾次更改密碼後﹐依然只看到「要求審查」頁面。
再次以朋友的帳號去尋求協助﹐客服表示只能等待結果。

I followed the instructions, and still stayed in the "review requested" page. 
Once again asked my business partner to contact customer service, and I received the same answer - Please wait patiently!

知道Facebook臉書每天收到很多此類事情的通知﹐所以選擇靜待。
直到今日2022年8月15日﹐我看到的畫面已變成我的帳號已被停用。
因為時間太久﹐已無法再審查結果。

I understand that Facebook received a lot of similar issues everyday, and decided to wait for the decision.
Until today, on 15th August 2022, my account has been disabled.
And the decision cannot be reviewed because too much time has passed???? Wtf???? 

以個人Facebook臉書帳號 https://www.facebook.com/cherryhahaha 的層面上﹐我的Facebook有著接近20年的珍貴回憶。
有些是有關自己生活的﹐過往工作的﹐有些回憶更是與已經離開這個世界的人的共同回憶。

With regards to my personal Facebook account, there were nearly 20 years of precious memories. 
Some about my personal life and work life, and some memories that I shared with people who already passed away. 

而工作的層面上﹐個人的Facebook專頁 (Cherry Fung 馮凱淇) https://www.facebook.com/cherryfunghk 亦同樣地經營了10年﹐被駭客發佈色情廣告﹐嚴重影響聲譽後被關閉﹐現在化為烏有了。
還有其他的專頁﹐和網店生意﹐都是以此電郵管理﹐現在完全處於無助和失望的狀況。

Business-wise, I have been building up my personal Facebook business page (https://www.facebook.com/cherryfunghk) for over 10 years, the page was disabled and gone after hackers posted sexual content and ads which seriously damage my reputation. 

這次的Facebook Meta Business 帳號被盜的經歷非常不愉快。
發生問題至今亦完全無法聯絡到真人客服。
我認為對於Facebook (Meta) 這大公司來說﹐事件處理方式完全無法接受！

This is such a disgraceful experience with Facebook Meta for Business!
Since the incident happened, I have no way to get in touch with real customer service!
For a big company like Facebook (Meta), how they resolve the case is totally unacceptable. 
 
還有幾天過生日﹐這是Facebook給我最大的生日禮物嗎？
My birthday is few more days to go, what a great birthday present from Facebook!

Decided to give up on my old accounts and started up new one. New account is disabled on the first day!! What does this mean?
